Maurice Raraty

Maurice Raraty was a senior lecturer in German at the University of Kent, with an interest also in Comparative Literature. He has published various studies on the work of E.T.A. Hoffman and has translated a wide variety of texts from German.

For Dedalus he has compiled and translated with Mike Mitchel The Short Stories of Gustav Meyrink Volume 1 (The Opal and Other Stories).
